I'm a tenacious, intelligent and ambitious person. I am known for energising, leading, motivating and supporting individuals, teams and businesses - I get stuff done. I am experienced in business development, sales, brand awareness, facilitation, business planning and strategic networking. I have excellent, far reaching networks across the Wellington region and use them (in the nicest possible way) to build great teams and make a difference to my clients.
Previously, my role with the Wellington Regional economic development agency saw me assist over 200 companies in the region to access funding, make commercial connections and plan more effectively. Other career highlights include generating sales worth over $600,000 during a year with a software company and establishing a programme management office for a large government department.
As well as running Vault, I am also General Manager of AngelHQ, Wellington's Angel Investment network, VP of Virtual Expos NZ Ltd, immediate past chair of Unlimited Potential, on the board of four start up businesses and renovating a fishing trawler which I live on.

Frances is a highly motivated individual with a wide range of experience across the commercial, public and education sectors. London based for thirteen years, early career highlights include three years in international media and eight years in venture capital and angel investment, latterly acting as company representative on the boards of directors of investee companies in the United Kingdom, France and Spain. After moving to New Zealand at the end of 1994, Frances was general manager of a group of retail pharmacies for nearly seven years before setting up her own consulting business in 2001. Her interests are many and varied, but current front-runners are creative writing and music (sing with Cantoris chamber choir). Last year, she and her sister (an illustrator and graphic designer) set up www.shrewonline.com which provides a colourful, fun outlet for their creative energies.
Tim is a big thinker, catalyst and can change your business. He is passionate about technology, in particular the Web and is skilled in the areas of web marketing, sales and strategy. He is innovative, passionate and able to see many routes and solutions to problems. He spends time brainstorming with start up innovators, and also with larger firms who want advice on how to move forward and utilise current trends. He's an entrepreneur with a track record, and battle scars he's willing to share.
Roz is a primarily an illustrator. Roz incorporates her influences into a range of design disciplines that encompasses creating sets for theatres, themes for events, magazine layouts, exhibitions, web front end skins and sandblasted and stained glass, as well as corporate identity and brand development. Key skills include a vivid imagination, idea development, project direction, and making vibrant images to achieve business outcomes. She can also work on any scale from small and personal to large and dramatic. And she creates beautiful office spaces too.
